Interested in joining the Glee Quirks team? You came to the right place!

Please note that being a co-moderator is a ton of work and a very time-consuming job.

Here are the specific skills that we're looking for (no exceptions):

Must be a Gleek

Of course! But you should also know most (if not) all the episodes by heart. It'll help you with making the quirks and photosets.

Photoshop-savvy

We all use a premade PSD file for the quirk template, so you'll have to know how to install the fonts and know how to edit the file. We will not be assisting you if you need help with anything.

Excellent GIF/photoset maker

Be able to update often + work under pressure at a fast pace

Ideally, we make quirks after new episodes are done airing in EST. We need to know you're willing to contribute and not abandon the blog. If you don't update for no more than a week (with no explanation), you will be kicked off.

Must be open-minded, positive, creative, nice, respectful, friendly, etc!

We don't want anyone who would ever argue against us or the blog, yet alone stir up any drama between us co-moderators. You must also be able to [in a positive way, of course] deal with any hate and criticism that we may receive toward the blog.
